Ballinger Gateway consists of the construction of a mixed-use building containing office space, apartments, and parking at the intersection of Ballinger Way N.E. and 25th Ave N.E. The ground floor consists of 13,297 gross square feet of office/commercial and apartment space. The ground floor offices open to the sidewalk along Ballinger Way NE creating an urban-style streetscape. The second floor consists of 12,581 gross square feet of office and apartment space. The apartments on the ground floor open to the interior side of the site for privacy. There are four floors of apartments for a total of 36 units. Twenty-four one-bedroom apartments, nine two-bedroom apartments, and 3 studio apartments. The mixed-use building sits atop a covered parking structure.
